Celebrate the diversity of the rain forest with these Amazon Showpeels. Now you can capture the beauty of an equatorial ecosystem and create your own tropical paradise. With four completely different leaves, the Amazon Showpeel is wildly sought after by chefs who want to bring a bit of the jungle to their table.

To make the leaves; cut out the four silicone leaf peels, dip them into hot sugar or Isomalt, a spot of airbrushing, and your casting is finished! The silicone Showpeels can also be used for texturing chocolate, pastillage or fondant.

Showpeel mats are ~8½" (21 cm) x 11" (28 cm) and come with instructions.
