The 1" diameter sphere mold has just hit the market and it is already among the chef's favorites. With this mold, you can make nine 1" diameter spheres at once. This specially designed, two-part, 9 cavity sphere mold is self-locking so does not require rubber bands. It registers so tightly together that only a small seam line is visible. This mold is great for sugar and chocolate.

Helpful Hint: The half spheres with plates are great for posting beneath a showpiece base or to provide a little extra sugar mass (corners) for pulling a sugar shape from the half sphere. There are great possibilities with this mold!

The sphere molds are made of firm silicone and do not distort when they are compressed together. Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300° F/ 148° C.
