The Pebble press Flap-Jack is just like the Diamond Press except with a different texture. Like all our Flap-Jacks, both mold sections are joined with a strong, flexible hinge that prevents the mold sections from getting lost.

To use the Flap-Jack, lay a thin strip of sugar, fondant, modeling chocolate or pastillage on the textured surface. Then flip the top half of mold onto itself and apply pressure. The firm silicone will cause the subtle pebble texture to be embossed into both sides of your decoration. After pressing, you can manipulate and shape the textured ribbon by hand.

The Flap Jack is 2.75"(7cm) wide x 10"(25.4cm) long.

Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300° F/148° C.
