The waffled edges make it easy to re-align the circles perfectly round when working with the open EntreMat. The vent holes prevent vacuums occurring when leveling your layer of pastry. At just under 7", the push-push is perfect for an 8" entremet. Specifications: 7" (17.5 cm) diameter acrylic circle with waffled edges, and over-sized handle. Wash before use. Do not put in oven or on stove.
