These Chops are a collection of mid-sized silicone shapes intended to be cut (with a razor) off of the thin silicone backing. (See how Chops were created and used to make the centerpieces in the following online demo.) Once you understand how they work, you’ll find they are the fastest way to create clean modern shapes inside sugar or chocolate. Try using them inside of a Jumble Box.

Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 450° F/232° C.
