Innovative silicone “ShowStopper” mats were created by Pastry Master Stéphane Tréand MOF and the Chicago School of Mold Making, allowing chefs to quickly cast showpieces and centerpieces in either chocolate or sugar. Every silicone mats features thematically harmonious, beautifully beveled and curved cavities that when cast, provide pastry chefs with a wide variety of distinct and inventive shapes to arrange they way they want.
