Innovative silicone “ShowStopper” mats were created by Pastry Master Stéphane Tréand MOF and the Chicago School of Mold Making, allowing chefs to quickly cast showpieces and centerpieces in either chocolate or sugar. Every silicone mats features thematically harmonious, beautifully beveled and curved cavities that when cast, provide pastry chefs with a wide variety of distinct and inventive elements. The cast chocolate or sugar elements can then quickly be constructed into Showpieces and centerpieces, saving chefs time and frustration. Chef have reported, from box to showpiece in less than an hour!
