HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SILICONE MOLD
Pastry Vines are new line of silicone molds developed by Master Chocolatier Vincent Pilon and The Chicago School of Mold Making to cast elegant tapered curls. Instead of having to process chocolate in a Robo-Coup and then rolling out tapered rods by hand, all you need to do is pipe tempered chocolate, let it set and unmold. Each of the four different styles enables you to quickly cast consistent elements that can be used to bring volume and flow to your showpiece or amenity. Easy to use with chocolate or sugar, Pastry Vines are a huge time saver!

Pastry Vines: Curls
Curls are unrolling with flair. These 6 spiraling fronds lend a sense of drama to a showpiece, just waiting to unfurl.
