HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SILICONE MOLD
The Micro Flavor Bar was developed by Jimmy MacMillan and the Chicago School of Mold Making for some new desserts that Chef was working on. The Micro Flavor Bar creates bars that are 2" long by ½" wide and just ½" deep (5cm x 1.3cm x 1.3cm). With 33 cavities this micro flavor bar is ideal for shortbread cookies, crumble bars, brownies, and frozen items. Many applications for petits fours and mignardises!
This 33 cavity, mold creates bars that are 2" long by 3/8" wide by 3/8" deep. The mold perimeter is 7¼" by 6¾" (18.4cm x 17cm)
Made with Flex & Bake™ silicone, the molds are food-contact safe and can be used for baking up to 450° F. / 232° C. Handmade in the USA. It also works great with blast freezers and liquid nitrogen.
