VIDEO: HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SILICONE MOLDThe Diamond Press Flap-Jack is a re-design of a popular two-part press mold. Even though the mold worked well, the separate mold sections could easily become lost.
With the new Flap-Jack design, the mold sections are joined with a strong, flexible hinge. To use the mold, lay out your thin strip of sugar, fondant, modeling chocolate or pastillage on the textured surface. Then flip the top half of the mold onto itself and apply pressure. The firm silicone will cause the sharp diamond texture to be embossed into both sides of your decoration. After pressing, you can manipulate and shape the textured ribbon by hand.
The Diamond Press Flap-Jack is 2¾" (7cm) wide x 10" (25.4cm) long.
Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300° F/148° C. Handmade in the USA.
