Policy & Replacement Programs
All of our shipments are sent with a tracking number for delivery confirmation. The Chicago School of Mold Making and delivering agent (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are responsible only for delivery of package to customer shipping address. Removal or misplacement of package after delivery confirmation is customer's responsibility.
Tracking Your Package
Tracking numbers are emailed once orders have shipped. Enter this tracking number into the relevant database (USPS.com, UPS.com, FedEx.com) for detailed tracking information.

Military Addresses APO/FPO
Shipping rates to APO/FPO zip codes are calculated online by USPS Priority Mail. Only non-hazardous products are permitted.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated online by USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Only non-hazardous products are permitted.
Canadian Order Policy
UPS Standard (Ground) and USPS Priority shipments with values over $20.00 are subject to the applicable duties and excise taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, customs or import fees incurred.

Silicone Mold Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds on Silicone Molds.
As there is no way for us to determine what material a customer has poured into a mold after purchase, we cannot accept any returns of silicone molds.
Silicone molds are not indestructible. Misuse of silicone molds, such as cleaning or scraping with a sharp knife, over flexing (beyond the need to release the object) may lead to premature wear or tearing of the mold. Take care of your molds. Store them flat to avoid warping, do not bake with them above 300Â°F and wash before use.
SHIPPING PROBLEM: If a mold or Flex and Bake Silicone kit arrives at your address damaged by the shipper, we will exchange (not refund) the item with another of the same description. The damaged box and product(s) must be photographed along with any other relevant evidence and then forwarded to us so that we can process the claim. We are not trying to make a damaged shipment that is not your fault into a problem for you. We just want you to know that without evidence of said damage, we cannot process a shipping claim with UPS or USPS. Therefore, if you receive a damaged package, you must contact us by email (Orders@ChicagoMoldSchool.com) within 7 days to begin the resolution process. While our policy and timeline is firm for logical reasons, we will do our best to make sure your experience with us is constructive and positive.
